Coconut Paan Ladoo at home| theflavours101.

If you enjoy having paan after your meals this might become one of your favorite desserts. This recipe includes 4 ingredients only which results in delicious coconut paan ladoo. This is one of the most liked Indian desserts during the festive season.

PREPARATION TIME:10mins.

INGREDIENTS.




  • 200 gms of milkmaid/condensed milk.

  • 4 betel leaves/ paan leaves.

  • 1 and 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut.

  • 2 tbsp of ghee










COOKING TIME: 20 mins.

LET'S GET STARTED....!!!

STEP1: Take 4 betel leaves and cut them into small pieces and add them to the grinder/blender. Add 200 gms of milkmaid/ condensed milk and blend it well.

STEP2: Take a kadhai add 2 tbsp of ghee and add 1 cup of desiccated coconut and roast it for 3-4 mins.

STEP3: Add the milkmaid and paan mix to the coconut and mix well until well combined.

Let it cool at room temperature.

STEP4: Prepare small ladoos of the coconut paan mix and let it sit for 5 mins.

STEP5: Take 1/2 cup coconut to cover the ladoos with desiccated coconut.

STEP6: Garnish with almonds and the coconut paan ladoos are ready to serve!
