This is an easy no-bake custard tart dessert with a simple biscuit crust with custard filling. Tarts are pastries with a crunchy crust with a smooth, silky filling. The crispy, buttery tart crust goes well with various filling like jams, chocolate ganache, nuts, and some other savory fillings. You can add fruits of your choice too!

PREPARATION TIME: 15mins
INGREDIENTS
2 packets of parle-G biscuits.
1/2 liter milk.
1/2 cup sugar.
5-6 tsp melted butter.
5 tbsp custard powder.
COOKING TIME: 30mins.
LET'S GET STARTED...!!!
STEP1: Take a saucepan and add 1/2 cup whole fat milk and 1/2 cup sugar, let it come to a boil.
STEP2: take the custard powder in a bowl and add 4-5 tsp of warm milk and mix it well and add it to the boiled milk and keep on mixing it until there are no lumps left.
STEP3: Transfer the custard into a bowl and let it cool at room temperature.

STEP4: Now we prepare the crust for the tart for that we use two packets of parle-G biscuit.
add them to the food processor and blend them until nice and crumbly just like the picture.
STEP5: Once all the biscuits are crumbly add 5-6 tsp of melted butter and mix them well until fully incorporated.
STEP6: Add the mix in a tart mold that has a removable base or if you don't have a tart mold you can use a cake mold with a removable base as I have used in this recipe. use a back of a spoon or a small bowl to level the biscuit crust.
STEP7: Add the cooled custard and let it rest for about 15-20 mins at room temperature and add it to the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours so it sets perfectly.
STEP6: For the garnish, I have used the leftover biscuit crumbs you can also add fruit and nuts of your choice.ENJOY!!
