No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake at Home| theflavours101.


Cheesecake is one of those recipes that can be intimidating but it doesn’t have to be. Making cheesecake at home can be super simple with the right technique and attention to detail. This is a no-bake oreo cheesecake which requires just 20 mins of preparation and is a creamy, buttery, and chocolaty all at the same time. Let's get started!


PREPARATION TIME: 10 mins.

INGREDIENTS.

  • 1 cup powdered sugar.

  • 1 big pack of Oreos ground.

  • 4 tbsp of salted butter.

  • 1/2 cup whipping cream.

  • 200 gms of cheese cream.

  • 5 tbsp of chocolate ganache.

  • 2 tbsp of cocoa powder.





COOKING TIME:20 mins.

STEP1: Take a bowl add the cheese cream and whip it at slow speed. Make sure the cheese cream is at room temperature.

STEP2: Add 1 cup of sugar in the cheese cream and whip it continuously until it is combined perfectly.

STEP3: Add cold whipping cream in the cream cheese and sugar paste and whip it until stiff peaks are formed.

STEP4: Once the stiff peaks are formed add 2 tbsp of cocoa powder and 5 tbsp of ganache, mix it well.

STEP5: Once the cream is ream let it sit in the refrigerator for 5 mins.

STEP6: Take the ground Oreos in a bowl and add 4 tbsp of melted butter and mix it well. Then take a spring pan or a cake mold with a removable base. Add a generous later of the oreo mix in the container and using a spoon or a cup with a flat base press the crut down and let it sit in the refrigerator.

STEP7: Once the base and cream have been in the refrigerator for 5 mins take the cream and add a generous layer of the prepared cream in the pan.

STEP8: Add a layer of chocolate ganache if you desire. Put it in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours for it to set completely.

STEP9: Cut it into pieces and enjoy!
