TIPS FOR MAKING THE BEST ALOO CHUTNEY CHAT

To make the perfect Delhi-style Aloo Chutney Chat every time, I suggest following these simple steps!

  • Do not over boil the potatoes as they might get mushy when you chop them into cubes.

  • Deep fry the potato cubes and get the skin crispy so that they don't get soggy when you add the chutneys.

  • You can adjust the spice level of the chutney.

INGREDIENTS FOR ALOO CHUTNEY CHAT

POTATOES- This entire recipe revolves around potatoes, here I have take 5-6 medium-sized potatoes and boiled them prior to frying them.

GREEN CHUTNEY- This green chutney is my go-to recipe and is so refreshing and has that spicy-tangy flavor and is the second main ingredient of the dish.
