We have always enjoyed pasta from the box and one of the most favourites is Mac and Cheese. This recipe is easy to make and requires ingredients that are avaliable at your home! and does not take more than 15 minutes to be ready and gives the perfet cheesy Mac and Cheese.
PREPARATION TIME: 5 mins
INGREDIENTS.
200 gms boiled elbow macaroni
1 cup grated amul cheese
1 cup milk
2 tbsp of all purpose flour
2 tbsp of butter
1 tbsp of salt
2 tbsp of sugar
1 tbsp of black pepper.
COOKING TIME: 10 mins.
STEP1: Take a pan add 2 tbsp of butter, to it add 2 tbsp of all purpose flour and mix it well until fully combined.
STEP2: Add 1 cup of milk to the pan and mix it well to form a roux.
STEP3: Add 1 cup of cheese to the mix and mix it well until the cheese is melted.
STEP4: Add 1 tbsp of salt , 2 tbsp of sugar and 1 tbsp of black pepper to the sauce.
STEP5: Add the boiled macaroni to the pan and mix it well.
STEP6:And your Mac andCheese is ready to serve!
