Spaghetti is a staple food of traditional Italian cuisine. It is served a generous layer of tomato sauce and a few meatballs. Spaghetti is one of my favorite pasta dishes, it has a tangy sauce that compliments the pasta. It is a very easy recipe that won't require a lot of cooking!
PREPARATION TIME: 10 mins.
INGREDIENTS.
Boiled pasta 200 grams.
Tomato puree ( puree of about 2-3 tomatoes)
2 medium-sized onion finely chopped.
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chili flakes
salt as per taste
3-4 garlic cloves finely chopped.
COOKING TIME:20 mins.
LET'S GET STARTED..!!
STEP1: Take a pan to add 2 tsp oil. Add chopped garlic and saute it for 2 mins.
STEP2: Add the chopped onions to the pan and saute them for about 2-3 mins.
STEP 3: Add 1 tsp chili flakes,1 tsp oregano and mix them well.
STEP4: Add the tomato puree salt and 1 tsp chili powder and mix it well. Cover it with a lid and let it cook for about 5 mins.
STEP5: Add boiled pasta to the sauce and mix well.
STEP6: Garnish with cheese and your spaghetti in red sauce is ready!
